*CREEK KIDS - ILLUMINATE

Mark your calendars for Illuminate, our END-OF-THE-YEAR family celebration!!! We will have games, popsicles, and glow-in-the-dark praise and worship! This event will be Friday evening, May 11th in the Worship Center from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Please RSVP your family at www.curreycreek.com/kidsevents.

*Building Campaign Update

We're excited to provide a building campaign update on Sunday, May 6th at both services! There will also be a more in depth informational meeting with Q&A in the Chapel following the 2nd service on May 20th.

*Upstream Parents Night

All parents of middle school students are invited tomorrow, May 2nd and parents of High School students are invited on Wednesday, May 9th to attend Parents Night from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. We will have food, drinks, and fun! This night will end our 7 week series on Authentic Love that covered Identity, Redemption, Love, Temptation, Sex, and Biblical Manhood/Womanhood. The final night will be covering the dangers and pitfalls that surround technology. We will have special guest Kelly Newcom with us to share wisdom and insight! Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.

Middle School Glow Wars End of Year Party

Saturday, May 12th from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., we will meet at the church for our first ever Middle School Glow Wars! We will black out the worship center, make the whole thing glow like crazy, and have the best time playing some awesome games. Wear a whitet-shirt so you glow extra bright! This will be our final meetingof the school year, so bring your friends and join us!

High School Glow Wars End of Year Party
Saturday, May 12th from 6:00 - 9:30 p.m., our High School students will gather for an end of year dinner celebration and our annual Glow Wars event. This year is going to be better than ever, we are going to transform our worship center like you've never seen it before and play some incredible glow in the dark games. We will eat from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and the games begin after dinner! May the best team win!

*Senior Sunday

Calling all Seniors! Sunday, May 20th during the 10:30 a.m. service, we have planned a time to honor your graduate. We will have a slide show of all the graduates, a special time of prayer, and the presentation of a gift. *Prayer Point

Please join together with the Body of Christ at Currey Creek in praying-provision, power, protection, fruitfulness and unity for the ministry of Servlife. *Understanding Mormonism

In our next apologetics study starting on Sunday, May13th, we will be examining Mormonism. Often called the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, it differs from Biblical Christianity in several important ways. We will compare the history and archaeology of the Book of Mormon with the Bible, Mormonism's teaching on the nature of Jesus versus the Bible's, and Mormonism's teaching on salvation versus the Bible's.
