Middle School Upstream goes to Camp! Middle School parents, after another awesome summer last year, we are returning to Camp Winiwaca! We will be packing up and heading to camp from June 22 - June 26 for 5 days and 4 nights of worship, teaching, and fellowship wrapped into a full-blown summer camp experience.

For current 6-8 grade students. We will promote current 8th grade students at the end of the summer.

REGULAR REGISTRATION COST: $425

MAX NUMBER OF STUDENT REGISTRATIONS: 130

REGISTRATION CLOSES: Midnight on APRIL 30th

The camp will be held at Forest Glen's Springs Camp near Rosebud, Texas in the heart of the Brazos River Valley. The camp is named after the multiple natural springs that feed Lake Winiwaca, a 13-acre private lake. View Camp Website

HIGH SCHOOL WORK CREW

Work Crew is a team of High School Upstream students who
support 
the incredible ministry that happens at Camp Winiwaca.





REGISTRATION policIES ***Updated due to covid-19***

PARENTS:

Right now, we still plan on going to camp, and ask that you would join us in prayer to that end. We hope that by May 15th we will have more certainty. Should the CDC regulations and Forest Glen (the campsite) allow us to go to camp, our updated cancellation policy (detailed below) will stand. If CDC regulations and/or Forest Glen prohibit us from going to camp, we will issue you a full refund. Please remember that if your child is registered but you do not submit the full payment by May 15th, their spot may be filled by someone else and in that event you would also lose your deposit. 

PAYMENT
THERE IS A $100 DEPOSIT REQUIRED PER STUDENT TO SUBMIT REGISTRATION. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 
All remaining balances MUST be paid by May 15th. Any registrations with an outstanding balance on May 16th will forfeit their spot and their deposit. You will receive multiple email reminders prior to the due date, but it is ultimately your responsibility to pay your remaining balance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION, THE REMAINING CAMP COST CAN BE REFUNDED AS FOLLOWS: 

If you cancel on or b
efore May 25th : Full refund (minus deposit)
If you cancel May 26th or later: No refunds will be given (your payment will be transferred to our student scholarship account)
