CREEK UPDATES

*Baptism Sunday

Our next Baptism Sunday is scheduled for THIS Sunday, June 17th. If you have an interest in being baptized, please call the church office by Wednesday, June 13th at (830)755-8806 to set up an appointment with a pastor.

*Pray for Beach Retreat

Please be in prayer for our High School students and leaders that are on the beach retreat until Thursday, June 14th. Pray for their safety and for all the leaders and students to grow deeper intheir walk with the Lord!

*Summer Bible Study for Middle School Students

Interested in keeping your middle school kids in Bible study this summer? We are offering an in-depth Bible study for incoming 7th and 8th grade students. We will meet on Sundays in the Chapel through August 12th, from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. We will not meet on July 1st. If your child has a Bible, please have them bring it with them. Happy Summer Creek Kids! Here are 4 important announcements for all of our families this summer.

(1) Promotion Sunday is August 19th! Start getting excited!!! (2) Creek County Fair is moving to October 6th, stay tuned for details & save the date. (3) Creek Kids Elementary summer break will be July 22nd - Aug 12th. (4) We need you mom and dad! Please prayerfully consider joining the Creek Kids team next school year!! *CREEK KIDS - CREEK COUNTY FAIR

For our 5th Anniversary, we are kicking off our County Fair celebration this fall on Saturday, October 6th! This is an evening full of food, fun, and fellowship for all ages! Be sure to mark your calendars, you won't want to miss it! Click here for more information.

*Israel Tour

Registration is open for the 2019 Israel Trip with Pastor John & Darla! The trip is planned for March 6 - 16, 2019. For information and registration, please go online to http://www.curreycreek.com/israel. If you have any questions, please contact Shirley Mills at sbmills@gvtc.com.

*Nicaragua

Please pray for Nicaragua: Our sister church in Nicaragua needs your prayers! Pray for peace to come to the nation and for safety for our brothers and sisters in Christ during this very difficult time.

*Prayer Team Training

If you are interested in being a part of the prayer team or are already involved, please save the date for amandatory prayer team training on Sunday, June 24th from 11:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. in the Chapel. *Prayer Point

Please join together with the Body of Christ at Currey Creek in praying - Almighty God, we pray for church leaders across our land - wisdom, purity, integrity, righteousness, clarity, courage and faith.

*Sharing your faith with Muslims - training

Currey Creek is hosting another training on how to interact with the thousands of Muslim refugees in San Antonio.This training will be hosted in the Chapel on Tuesday June 26th at 6:30 p.m. Please RSVP to missions@curreycreek.com.
