*Sharing your faith with Muslims - TONIGHT!

Currey Creek is hosting another training on how to interact with the thousands of Muslim refugees in San Antonio. This training will be hosted in the Chapel TONIGHT, June 26th at 6:30 p.m.

*CREEK KIDS

Happy Summer Creek Kids! Here are 4 important announcements for all of our families this summer.

(1) Promotion Sunday is August 19th! Start getting excited!!!
(2) Creek County Fair is moving to October 6th, stay tuned for details & save the date.
(3) Creek Kids Elementary summer break will be July 22nd - Aug 12th.
(4) We need you mom and dad! Please prayerfully consider joining the Creek Kids team next school year!! For more information on any of these things, please email kids@curreycreek.com.


*Pray for Students going to Camp Winiwaca

Please pray for our middle school students as they leave for Camp Winiwaca tomorrow, June 27th- July 1st! Pray for all the high school and adult leaders going as well.


*Volunteers Needed for a Foster/Adoptive Parent Night Out

Our first event is scheduled for July 20th. Volunteers will work from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. We need adults and teens 15 years and up to help with this event. For questions or to volunteer, please email Jenny Featherston at jfeatherston@curreycreek.com. The mission of Foster/Adoptive Parent Night Out (FAPNO) is to provide support and respite for the parents who serve our community's foster children. Parents receive an evening to have a break while volunteers care for their children. FAPNO also provides children the opportunity to build healthy relationships with other adults who care for them in a safe, nurturing environment.


*CREEK KIDS - CREEK COUNTY FAIR

For our 5th Anniversary, we are kicking off ourCounty Faircelebration this fall onSaturday, October 6th! This is an evening full of food, fun, and fellowship for all ages! Be sure to mark your calendars, you won't want to miss it! Click here for more information.


*Summer Upstream Dates

Don't miss out on ourSummer Upstream on Wednesdays, July 11th, 18th & 25th from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.Summer Upstream is for all incoming 6th - 12th grade students!  If you have any questions, feel free to email students@curreycreek.com.


*Small Group Leader Interest

Have you felt a tug at your heart to start a small group? Have you been involved in small groups and are ready to take the next step into leadership? We would love to set up a meeting with you to discuss our heart for small groups at Currey Creek and how you can begin this fall. For more information, email Jared at jpatrick@curreycreek.com.

*4KIDS Foster Care training

Currey Creek is excited to host 4KIDS of South Texas Foster Care Agency as they offer training classes for anyone that is interested in becoming a foster/adopt parent. The orientation meeting is Tuesday, August 7th from 6-9 p.m. in the 2 story Creek Kids building. Childcare will be provided for the orientation.To register for this training, email jeng@4kidsofstx.org.


*Prayer Point

Please join together with the Body of Christ at Currey Creek in praying -Great Lord, we pray for our government leaders - federal, state and local - wisdom, truth, humility, righteousness and integrity. We pray for godly men and women to be elected and appointed.
