*Membership Renewal

Family Reunion was an amazing time! Thank you to everyone who renewed your membership. If you missed it, we have membership cards available in the lobby or you can stop by the office and fill one out. All previous members, please fill out these new forms. We will be collecting renewal cards throughout the month of September.

*Israel Informational Meeting

You are invited to join us after the 2nd service THIS Sunday, September 9th in the Creek Kids 2 Story Building to find out more information about the trip to Israel that will take place March 6th- 16th, 2019 with John & Darla.

*New to Currey Creek - Discovery Class

Discovery Class (formerly Next Step Lunch) is our 1-hour class introducing anyone to Currey Creek's philosophy of ministry and how to quickly get connected into one of our ministries. If you are brand new and are looking for an introduction to Currey Creek, this class is for you.The class will be Sunday, September 9th at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel. *Nicaragua Child Sponsorship

You can help send a child back to school in Nicaragua. A $30 donation will provide needed uniforms, supplies, and backpacks to a child from our sister church, King of Kings. Information will be available at Currey Creek on Sunday, September 16th.

*Fall On-Campus Small Groups

New this semester! We are offering on-campus sermon-based small groups on Sunday nights from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.Check-in will begin at 4:15 p.m.  Small groups start up on September 9th. Each group meets weekly to discuss the biblical text from Sunday's sermon on the book of Philippians. Please visit www.curreycreek.com/small-groups to sign up! Creek Clubhouse childcare will be provided with registration for birth - 5th grade.

*Creek Kids

Clubhouse needs childcare workers starting THIS Sunday, September 9th and Wednesday, September 12th, for Creek Institute classes. To get involved, please email sedwards@curreycreek.com.

*CREEK COUNTY FAIR VOLUNTEER SIGN UP
Want to join in on the fun and serve the night of the Creek County Fair on Saturday, October 6th? Sign up here to be a volunteer! We need help with face painting, game booths, serving food, and welcoming our families!

*Students

• 6th Grade UpNext program meets during the 9:00 a.m. service. All 6th graders are welcome to join us for hands-on, interactive discipleship every Sunday morning in the UpNext Student Building.

• Upstream is each Wednesday from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.High school (9th-12th) will meet in the chapel as always, and Middle School (6th-8th) will meet in the Worship Center. See you there!

• Buddy Team Training is THIS SUNDAY, September 9th! If you are new to Buddy Team and have not attended a training, join us Sunday, September 9th during the 10:30 a.m. service in the Student Building. Please make sure your student has turned in an application prior to the training. All 7th-12th grade students MUST attend a Buddy Team training before being placed. Students must be accompanied by at least one parent at training. Go to https://rock.curreycreek.com/buddy to apply.

*Prayer Point

Please join together with the Body of Christ at Currey Creek in praying - Pray with humility...2 Chronicles 7:14 "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land."

*Creek Institute

Creek Institute starts NEXT Sunday, September 9th. This semester we will offer an 11- week study called "Church History: 2nd Century - Reformation". This class will take place from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoons. Childcare will be provided with registration. For more information, please visit www.curreycreek.com/creekinstitute.

*Fall Bible Study

Women's bible study will begin on Wednesday mornings and Thursday nights, starting on September 12th and 13th. Women will be studying "Complete in Christ: A Study of Colossians" and men will begin on September 5th and will study "Faith/Works: The Book of James."
