*Volunteers Needed for a Foster/Adoptive Parent Night Out
We are holding another Parent's Night Out for families in our community who are foster/adoptive parents on December 9th. We need adults and teens 15 years and up to help with this event. Our volunteers will work from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For questions or to volunteer, please email Shellie Edwards at sedwards@curreycreek.com. The mission of Foster/Adoptive Parent Night Out (FAPNO) is to provide support and respite for the parents who serve our community's foster children. Parents receive an evening to have a break while volunteers care for their children. FAPNO also provides children the opportunity to build healthy relationships with other adults who care for them in a safe, nurturing environment.
