CREEK UPDATES


*Creek Kids Family Picnic - THIS Saturday!

THIS Saturday, March 30th at Joshua Springs Park is our Creek Kids Family Picnic from 4-6pm. Hot dogs and drinks will be provided! Please bring a dish or two to share, bring your family and get ready for an afternoon of good ol' fashioned fun and fellowship with your Currey Creek Family. Register at curreycreek.com/kidsevents.


*Easter Service & Baptism

Our annual Easter service "Church on the Square" will take place on Sunday, April 21st at 9:30am at Main Plaza. Please come at 9:00am for fellowship & coffee. If you are interested in an Easter baptism at this time, please email Jared at jared@curreycreek.com. We look forward to celebrating our Risen Savior with you!


*Good Friday Services

On Good Friday, April 19th at 5:00pm and 6:30pm we will gather in the Worship Center to prepare our hearts for Easter Sunday. We will spend the evening reflecting on the Passion story, encountering the cross of Christ and His suffering on our behalf. Bring the entire family as we prepare our hearts, that we might be ready to fully celebrate His glorious resurrection! Nursery and Preschool childcare provided during the 5:00pm service only.


*Creek Kids Updates

  • We have such a great team of volunteers in our Creek Kids Ministry! We would love for you to join us and serve with them! We have opportunities in Nursery and Preschool to spend with our little ones. To volunteer click here and fill out an application. If you have any questions, email Sara at sara@curreycreek.com.
  • Make sure to grab the Creek Kids 4-Week Easter Devotional in the Preschool and Elementary spaces! It is our prayer that your family will use this as a tool to prepare your hearts for the wonder and joy of Resurrection Sunday!


*Growing a Grateful Heart - Women's Bible Study

Giving thanks isn't just for Thanksgiving, we can be grateful year-round! Join us on Wednesday, April 3rd at 9:30am in the Chapel or Thursday, April 4th at 6:30pm in the Student Building for a 4-week topical study to continue counting our blessings daily, by learning to cultivate a heart of gratitude. 


*Student Ministry

  • We are so excited for our brand new High School River Retreat this Summer at Knott Creek Falls! Sign up to join us at this gorgeous camp with a pristine half-mile long river, fantastic food, games, tournaments, chill time, and more. We will worship together and study what it means to conquer with Christ! Sign up at www.curreycreek.com/river.
  • Calling all High School Seniors! Sunday, May 5th during the 10:30am service, we have planned a time to honor your graduate. We will have a slideshow of all the graduates, a special time of prayer, and the presentation of a gift. If you would like your senior to be a part of this special event, please be sure to register here no later than Tuesday, April 30th.


*Foundations Class

Foundations is a 1-hour class that serves as our membership process at Currey Creek that is offered once a semester. This will be offered on April 7th at 12:00pm in the Chapel. This class takes us beyond Currey Creek's philosophy of ministry (Discovery Class) and into deeper issues involving salvation, baptism, statement of faith and church structure. *"Women in the Word" Conference on April 27th!

Join us this spring for Creek Women's 2019 conference "Women in the Word" on Saturday, April 27th and discover God's transforming truth by learning to dig into the Bible for yourself.
