*Creek Kids Volunteer Training
Creek Kids will hold a very important safety training for all Adult volunteers and Buddy Team members after the second service on January 26th in the new building. Please make plans to attend to find out important procedures to keep our children safe in our new spaces. You will also have a chance to meet our new Children's Pastor! *Baby Dedication
Save the Date! Currey Creek has set aside Sunday, February 23rd for families with babies and young children who desire to dedicate their children to the Lord and present them to the congregation for support and blessing. Register at curreycreek.com/kidsevents!
*Discovery Class - February 2nd
Discovery is a 1- hour class introducing anyone to Currey Creek's philosophy of ministry and how to quickly get connected into one of our ministries this spring. Hear from our pastoral staff and ministry department heads on ways you can get plugged into Currey Creek! If you are brand new and looking for an introduction to Currey Creek, this class is for you! Lunch will be provided with an RSVP at curreycreek.com/discovery.

*Wednesday Upstream Locations
Our High School Upstream will resume in the Chapel this Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm. Our Middle School Upstream will resume in our new Upstream room upstairs in the new building from 6:30-8:30pm. We look forward to seeing everyone this week!
*Rooted High School Bible Study
This semester, our High School Rooted Bible Study will be upstairs in the new building Upstream room from 6:30-8pm on Sunday nights. We will study the book of 1 Corinthians. Our first study will be this coming Sunday, January 19th. Don't forget to bring your Bible!
*Women's Bible Study
This spring, we will study "Becoming a Woman After God's own Heart - Life of David Study." Living in a culture where appearances are everything, it's easy to hide behind first impressions, picture-perfect profiles, or even good works. But we have a God who sees us and truly knows us...even when no one else is looking. And God wants one thing above all else - our hearts.

*Men's Bible Study -"Unfolded: The Story of God"
Most of us are familiar with the great stories of Scripture - Noah's Ark, David and Goliath, Daniel in the Lion's Den and so forth. Yet, we can go a lifetime appreciating these stories and still miss the truth that all of them are telling one great story of God's redemption. We can admire these great heroes of faith, but not understand that they all point to the greatest hero, Jesus. Join us for an 8-session men's study beginning February 2nd in the Chapel. Our study is titled "Unfolded" and through video teaching, group discussion, and personal Bible study, you will encounter Christ in the biblical narrative and be challenged to join Him in His story. *Creek Institute - Apostles' Creed
The Apostles' Creed was born from the apostles' teachings. It contains essential doctrines and beliefs that summarize the Gospel and the foundation of our faith. The scriptural truths contained in the creed enable us to build our Christian lives on good theology, with the knowledge that our faith is rooted in truth and a rich history. This group study from Matt Chandler and The Village Church leads to greater clarity of our religion, greater symmetry and balance as a disciple, and a more profound sense of belonging in the kingdom of God.
